Micro + Spin: 45-minute class offers a powerful combination of spin and Lagree, providing a comprehensive workout experience. The first half kicks off with an intense spin session, driving your heart rate up through energizing sprints, hill climbs, and rhythm-based rides, enhancing cardiovascular endurance and burning calories. The second half transitions to the Microformer, where slow, controlled Lagree movements focus on sculpting and toning muscles, improving core strength, and boosting flexibility.
Micro HIIT: A full 45-minute class combining fast-paced, cardiovascular workout that alternates between short burst OFF the micro with weights on the mat and then briefly hoping onto the Microformer for slow controlled movements. Alternating between the two, maximizing both slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscle fibers! This HIIT class offers modifications for all, designed to improve endurance, strength and boost metabolism. May be a favorite for those you love bootcamp style classes!
